All large livestock exhibitors will check-in at the White Gate unless otherwise noted.
Check in begins Monday, August 14th from 1PM to 8PM
Exhibitors must have their Quality Assurance papers on hand in order to check in.
Animals are weighed off the truck and moved to their pens.

General exhibitor registration and check in varies by department.
Please see schedule below.
All items must be registered prior to checking in. If you have not registered online you must first Register in the 4-H Building prior to checking in your exhibit.
Thursday, August 8th from 2PM- 8PM
Arts & Crafts Department will be accepting PRE-REGISTERED exhibits only.
Friday, August 9th from 2PM- 8PM
the following departments will be open for onsite registration and exhibitor check in:
Home Economics Department (excluding Baking), Arts & Crafts Department, and the Youth Department.
