Our facilities are centrally located in Washington State and can provide the perfect indoor or outdoor venue for any competitive event or exhibition. On average we host 40+ equine shows and races a year ranging from 10 to 700+ horses. Our pavilions are groomed with a Black Widow Arena Groomer.

Hourly Arena Rentals

Private rides can be scheduled during the winter

Tuesday and Thursday - 9 am - 8 pm
Weds, Friday and Saturday 9 am - 3 pm

* Providing the Pavilion is not booked for an event.

Location: Harwood Pavilion
Grounds will be worked up as determined necessary by Fairgrounds Staff.

Scheduling: Private rides must be scheduled 48 hours in advance please call our office to make arrangements.

Cost: $100 per hour
Minimum 2 hours - maximum 7 hours

Basic Rules: Private rides are not intended for official club meets, private lessons, or clinics of any sort.

Each rider must complete the following:

All participants must check in with the Fairgrounds office M-F 8:00 am- 4:30 pm to sign required forms prior to their first ride.
Contract which will include a Hold Harmless and arena rules acknowledgement including the WA State Equine Limited Liability Law. (Co-signed by parent/legal guardian if under 18 y/o)
Affidavit that any Equine shall be up to date on all vaccinations and is in good health.

Stall Rental - Special rates apply for larger events Required to use our Shavings (Pine) Minimum 2 bales per stall	$20 per day $9.25 per bale
Tack Stall Rental	$14 per day
Stall Cleaning Fee - Required	$20 per stall
Labor w/ Equipment- Billed in 15-minute increments	$100 per hour
